Manatee

Manatees are slow-moving herbivorous mammals that just swim around. They are underrated in an unfortunate way. Boats are a common intruder, and the Ocean Life Rights Association doesn't like the negative relationship between those aggressive boats with their sharp keels and the innocent manatees.
