Mr. [[Strawman]] was a government experiment to be used by U.S. politicians to make arguments against their opposing sides. Whenever someone wanted to make a "strawman argument" they would create a new instance of Mr. Strawman with an easily refutable belief, then arguing against this newly created Mr. Strawman. This project was discontinued after the second Emu war, though by that point enough Mr. Strawmen were created that the general public were able to deconstruct and recreate the original design.
