One Year Later is the first episode of the seventh season of the reality comedy improv game show Game Changer. It premiered on April 7, 2025 exclusively on the streaming service Dropout. The contestants featured in the episode were Jacob Wysocki, Vehicular Manslaughter, and Lou Wilson. Like all other Game Changer episodes, it was hosted by Sam Reich.

Conceit
Directly after the taping of Sam Says 3, Jacob, Vic, and Lou are brought back on for another episode, but receive dossiers from the Game Changer Intelligence Agency which contain tasks that they must complete within one year's time, and return for a taping to present their attempts.

Prompts
Minigames
To break up the regular prompts, four minigames are included in this episode. Each of them are based on classic American game shows.

The Price is Not Quite
Based on The Price is Right, contestants have to guess the price of a second edition Lord of the Rings books box set. The contestant with the second closest guess wins the prize.
+
Contestant !! Guess
Ally || $583
Brennan || $240
Oscar || $519
The actual retail price was $282, meaning Oscar was second closest. He won the point.

Family Two'd
Based on Family Feud, the contestants must guess the second item on the list out of 100 survey responses to the question "What is your second favorite fast food?"

The answer was fried chicken with 25 responses. Oscar won the point.

The Evil Joker's Game
The Evil Joker showed up and posed her eternal question.

Oscar won the point.

Deux or No Deux
Based on Deal or No Deal, the contestants must compete against each other to obtain the briefcase with the middle amount of money between all three of them. Hayley Marie Norman, a former spokesmodel on Deal or No Deal, guest presents the cases.

All contestants continue to play until there are only three cases remaining.
+
Contestant !! Final amount
Oscar || $75
Ally || $10
Brennan || $500

Oscar won the point.

Ending
The scores at the end of the game:
+
Contestant !! Score
Ally || 15
Oscar || 15
Brennan || 12

Ally and Oscar both earned first place, meaning Brennan earned second place, and won the episode, to his chagrin.

Trivia
* The original conceit of the episode as conceived by Ryan Creamer was similar to Taskmaster, where segments would be pre-filmed off-site, but it was simplified to be done in-studio instead.
* Brennan references his appearance on the episode As a Cucumber when he mentions the roseate spoonbill, a segment designed specifically to enrage him.
* In an interview, Sam Reich claimed that the appearance of The Evil Joker was unplanned, but due to their prestige he "felt it would be doing a disservice" not to include her in the episode once he showed up.
