The Universal Manual
The Universal Manual is an one of a kind booklet about how to deal with every device in existence.
Made from A0 paper, it goes into excrutiating detail regarding how to make and maintain every device in everyday vocbulary while managing to be somewhat portable.
It originally was written by HOST to accompany The Universal Toolbox, a box with every concievable implement that may be needed in a moment's notice. This would've enabled anyone to assemble, maintain, disassemble, diagnose issues and their solutions and teach others to do the same with ease.
History
Originally designed for personnel observing background radiation, it first came into public knowledge after the manual was leaked onto the BeCivil forums on the 11th of March 2017. It came into the public eye when user NERP@HOST2001, who was recently let go by HOST, attempted to win an argument by uploading a pdf of the aformention manual onto the site.
This had resulted in consternation and amusement by users as one day later, the forums would close down.
The Universal Manual survived on in torrents, dark market forums and as a way to hilariously troll noobs into going to jail. This is because it is considered a crime to publicly broadcast state secrets with a sentence of a decade minimum.
Currently, it is only available in English due to HOST's limited global reach although crowdsourced projects are making great headway in Greek, Arabic and Polish translations.

How do you use The Universal Manual?
Well, all the user has to do is simply download the guide and read it in their preferred document reader.
Note that in order to have an optimal browsing experience, high end browsing devices are required.
Many users had reported their computers crashing, lag and encoding errors that even the most dedicated hobbyists can't rectify.
Take caution when browing on low powered devices.
Are there any caveats to The Universal Manual?
There are certain limitations that prevent this file from being a key component to a global takeover:
- The Universal Manual is a repository of information regarding all available devices as of a certain time. This means that certain entries may be severely outdated, particularly regarding software. Don't rely on it as a major source of information.
- The Universal Manual only documents devices that are made of inorganic materials. It doesn't have information regarding those of a biological origin like humans, plants and Nerpas. It also doesn't discuss devices of a medical nature like ventilators and bloodbags. DO NOT USE THE MANUAL IN MEDICAL EMERGENCIES!
- The Universal Manual assumes that the reader has basic reading, comprehension and mathmatical skills. If you lack such skills, this guide isn't for you.
- No matter how comprehensive and readable this guide is, it is impossible to prevent stupidity. Ensure basic safety is maintained before using this manual. Unless you have an engineering background, please don't modify any procedures that are set forth.
