Blue Link Transit (BLT), commonly known as Blue Link and formerly the Wiki City Transit Association (WCTA), is Wiki City's public transit agency, responsible for bus, tram, metro, and commuter rail operations in the area.

Operations

Blue Link operates four sectors: commuter trains, metros, trams, and buses. All but the commuter trains can be further divided into divisions for each borough and the CBD. With this decentralized model, each sector and division can work on different aspects of the larger network.

Blue Link Trains

Blue Link Trains is the highest tier of operations, operating electric commuter trains through Wiki City's busiest arteries in a way similar to Paris's RER and Tokyo's Yamanote Line. It is more suitable for longer distances than the metro.

Blue Link Metro

Blue Link Metro is the secondary tier of operations, representing shorter intra- and inter-borough trips. While the metro does have divisions for each borough, they often overlap.

Blue Link Trams

Blue Link Trams is the third tier of operations, concentrated along wider streets and boulevards.

Blue Link Buses

Blue Link Buses is the fourth tier of operations, providing access to the rest of the areas.
