Council of North Carolina

The Council of North Carolina (CNC) is one of the largest organizations in the railway world, alongside the Society of Steam. Headquartered in a Spencer, North Carolina roundhouse, it is top secret, anti-capitalist, and pro-union. The leader is Nori, not to be confused with the BFR^n character of the same name, currently stationed on the turntable. The 20 locomotives behind them successfully convinced their corporation to repaint them into the liveries of 20 distinct predecessor companies, but in the end, the greedy pigs were tricked. The predecessor liveries represent their desire to return the railway to its roots. When someone outside of the organization finds one of the engines mentioning CNC, they just say they like CNC machines.
