Education

Malpractice was claims to have been born on Crugey Island in 1978[1]. He graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor's degree in Botanical Studies. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Humboldt State University and completed his training at the Community Hospital of Santa Rosa in family medicine.

Career

In September of 1998, Malpractice sent a telegram to every single resident of California, which wasn't very difficult because there aren't that many people there, saying that he would "help solve their ailments". Malpractice was then driven out of Crugey island and had to hide away from public life for 4 years "for his safety"[2]. When he returned to Crugey Island, he publically announced that he would "dedicate [himself] to the conservation of the severely endangered Candy tree". Some have claimed that this was "a ploy to help his reputation" by "preying on the widespread Californian revere for the candy tree". Malpractice would then go on to start a spearmint farm, believing them to be "larval candy trees"[1].
