Jerusalem
Jerusalem is the capital city of Palestine. It is one of the holiest sites of the Abrahamic faiths. Christians, Muslims, and Jewish people all cherish it a lot. The Old City in particular is very very compact and walkable, as other cities around the world should be.
Things to see in Jerusalem
- The Church of the Holy Sepulchre, believed to be the site of Jesus's empty tomb
- The Western Wall, the last remnant of the Second Temple's retaining wall
- The Dome of the Rock, believed to be the site of Muhammad's ascension
