Career
Netflix Deal

In 2007, Netflix and Hill announced a spin-off streaming service called Netflix and Hill. It was to be a streaming service for only Hill's books. The service launched in 2008 as a major financial success for the company. Despite the service being well received, the partnership would later fail. Netflix announced in May of 2009 they were planning to add more authors with the name Hill to the platform. This sparked tension between Hill and Netflix. Later that year, Netflix shutdown the service for "legal disputes."
After many years of people requesting Netflix to bring back the service, Netflix announced they'd be dropping something "Hilly." This turned out to be the 6 episode limited-run series It's All Down Hill from Here.
