Pickle

Pickles, known in PAL versions as gherkins, are a fruit that is similar to a cucumber, but not the same. The difference between cucumbers and pickles is a sumbject of debate. While some say pickles are cucumbers tranformed into pickles by brine, others say that pickles are grown differently than cucumbers and placed in brine to make them sour. Still others say that they're cucumbers when underground and pickles when exposed to air.
