The ugly Seel

Not to be confused with Spheal or Seal, Seel is a Water type Pokémon from the Kanto region. Its Pokédex number is #086, and evolves into Dewgong at level 34. Due to it's baikalesque nature, Seel is notable for being the second cringiest Pokémon in the region, only being beaten by Jigglypuff.

This is what we think people would call seals if the letter a didn't exist.
