Spirit Halloween ULTRAMECH, Co. was an American seasonal retailer which sold Halloween products and also bombs!!!!!. It was founded in 1897 in The Scary Place.

In 2005, Spirit Halloween acquired operation rights throughout the entirety of the completely abandoned grove of Pikwash. The result of this is now a 4,124 km² grove under the same name, serving as the only location worldwide still operating under the Spirit Halloween trademark. The grove receives an influx of upwards of 3 million people every Halloween season due to their affordable scares and quality wares, but also has a significant permanent population of 93,211, a strong local government led by Centrist Party member Cyborg Mamdani, and a high nature conservation rating.
