For how this template is organized, it is three parts of the USB HID 1.6 specification of which parts can appear on keyboards. they are:

- Generic desktop Page - subchapter 4.2 - 4.12

- Keybord/Keypad page in its entirety (i had to vibe out the sub-categories)

- LED Page categorized by all the subchapters

Feel free to add the various footnotes regarding the international section, i kinda gave up halfway through with the tooltips
