WV is a character in homestuck. The initialism stands for things like Wayward Vagabond, Warweary Villein, Wizardly Vassal, Wastelandic Vindicator, or The Mayor. That last one doesn't come from the initialism.
He is a Dersite carapacian exile.
He is the Mayor of Can Town.
