Distribution and habitat
Blue balloons were once common in Pearberry Island, but due to their ability to easily pop out of existence, their population has dwindled to just one remaining member. Researchers at the Okin Flyer, the Toba Institute's mother ship, are currently attempting to save the species from extinction using multiple methods.
Ownership
During a devastating bout of staking, Stingy claimed sole ownership of the blue balloon. This has caused international stress over which governing body demonstrates the true claim to this rare creature.
