The Tower is made up of levels each of which is relevant to the game in some way (I have no idea how this part should work). New levels can be added to the tower only when it is in effect. Old levels are removed after being invoked 5 times. The tower can only hold a maximum of 6 levels at a time; if more levels are added, the oldest levels are removed.
