Wacky the Seal is the latest pinniped-class character on the Wiki Camp 2. She is a big fan of managing her Canadian grocery store chain and advocating for greater funding to support rural communities. Although other popular seals, such as Agu, have been critical of the star since their celebrity debut, Wacky’s rising stardom shows no signs of stopping.
