Eraser doesn't seem to like Acupuncture.[1] When asked, he had this to say: "I am Eraser and I do not like acupuncture." There has been no confirmation if he ever said this, so it is still on the fence whether it is true or not.

Meh... Maractus isn't the kind of Pokemon you want to set up with... You're better off using it as a spikes lead, and even then, it's not that good of a lead anyway. Acupressure's unreliability is just adding insult to injury, too. I guess you could use Sucker Punch or Endeavor if you don't get OHKO'd instantly. There are better leads, anyway. Just don't use Maractus, honestly. You should just use the meta every single time for a truly satisfying gameplay experience. We think using Landorus-T every single game is fun!
