Cosmic Space Dust , real name; Jack Birkin, is an elite general for the Ian Emissary and the current reigning champion of the UEWXC. A loudmouthed wrestler persona with a short temper, he earned his name through his revered and unseen "special nuclear abilities". He is currently the 5th ranked general in-command.

Psst. Don't listen to him. The trick around beating this guy is exploiting his predictable attack patterns. He'll often go for grapples or flying-presses, so make sure you have a fast reaction time. When he isn't currently irradiating himself, that is when he is most vulnerable. His irradiation may also prove to be deadly, and he will try to crush you in his grip will irradiating you as a last resort. Be sure to take advantage of his slow cool down and long charge-times for attacks to strike.

Originally a military veteran turned pro-wrestler, Jack Birkin was transformed into an irradiated giant after a freak stunt in one of his WWE matches went horribly wrong. His horrible condition not only left him confined to having to always wear a containment suit to stop him from reaching a catatonic meltdown, but he was also ostracized from regular society at large. Living in the shadows for years, he eventually discovered the existence of the Exiles and their culture. Findind that they also, infact, have a wrestling circuit, he joined it in search of reclaiming his lost glory once more.In modern times, he has become a sensation among the UEWXC and Exile society at large, despite not technically being one of their kind. However, he still carries some resentment towards humankind for disgracing and casting him out from society. This had led to him growing to have a personality just as toxic as the radiation he emits, and has led him to gaining a temper and making especially rash decisions. One of these said rash decisions was joining a certain emissary, in hopes that it would allow him to exact vengeance upon humanity for casting him out.
