In this Transit Speedrun, starting in Ferrara, Italy, the runner must travel to Lyon, France; Bratislava, Slovakia; and the island of Capri in no particular order in the fastest time. The run begins when the first vehicle departs and ends after the last vehicle stops. A plausible route would be as follows:
- Regional train to Bologna (depart 6:09 AM)
- Frecciarossa to Naples (depart 7:07 AM)
- Walk to Piazza Garibaldi
- Metro Line 1 to Piscinola (depart 10:39)
- Ferry to Capri (depart 11:35)
- Arrive in Capri at 12:12. You should now reach the first of three destinations after 6h3m.
- Ferry to Naples (depart 12:40)
- Walk to Naples Maritime Station
- Alibus to Piazza Garibaldi (depart (1:45 PM)
- Walk to Napoli Centrale
- Italo to Turin (depart 2:20 PM)
- Walk to Porta Susa Sud
- GTT bus 55 to Palagiustizia (depart 8:38 PM)
- Walk to Turin - Vittorio Emanuele Bus Station
- BlaBlaCar Bus to Lyon (depart 10:00 PM)
- Arrive in Lyon at 2:20 AM. You should now reach the second of three destinations, 13h40m after departing Capri and 19h43m after departing Ferrara.
- Walk to Lyon Part Dieu.
- TGV InOui 6642 to Gare de Lyon, Paris (depart 6:38 AM)
- Paris Métro Line 14 to Châtelet (depart at 8:40)
- Paris Métro Line 4 to Gare de l'Est (depart 8:47)

- Arrive in Bratislava at 8:44 PM. You should now reach the final destination, 18h24m after departing Lyon and 1d14h7m after departing Ferrara.
