Peggle Interactive
The newly-real and sentient Bjorn Unicorn filed a lawsuit against Electronic Arts subsidiary PopCap Games (of Plants vs. Okins fame) for unauthorized use of faer likeness. The suit ended in the Peggle intellectual property being wholly transferred to a new independent video game development studio, Peggle Interactive, which would be solely owned by Bjorn Unicorn.

This was the first startup company to ever be announced at E3. This lawsuit was exactly the same as the first one somehow except Bjorn lost. so sads!
