Sometimes when a puzzle has a list of clues, they are presented in alphabetical order. This suggests they'll eventually have to be reordered in some way. An alphabetical ordering also might help you spot any clues you may have answered wrong.

For instance, the answers to my clues are all presented in alphabetical order, but not the seal's.

The seal seems to have made the same amount of clues as I did. I wonder if there's any correlation between his clues and mine...

Furthermore, the seal seems to be lying about the answers to his clues! I'm only able to extract gibberish from them! Maybe if the clues were alternated in some way, we'd be able to extract a coherent string.
