Paper Pea
Ugh. The Paper Pea is the singular fruit borne by the forgotten peaberry paper potted pepper plant. It is considered the plant equivalent of the pearl and way more valuable than your regular peas.
Lifespan
The Paper Pea takes a year and 3 to fully mature. Once it is all plump and happy, it falls out of its lonely pod and bounces on the ground. It will not stop bouncing.

There are two fables regarding the Paper Pea.
Fable 1: Pea
One time a Paper Pea fell into the river. It drowned.
Fable 2: Mystery
No one knows where the Pea learned its song. That is why it's a mystery.
