Parsee Mizuhashi is a hashihime, or bridge princess, who guards the "bridge" between the surface world and the Nerpaworld. She is able to control the jealousy in others.

Biography

Parsee one day decided she was incredibly bored since evidently nothing interesting happens on a bridge no one uses anymore, except for that one time this random girl ran through and kicked her ass. Clearly, this wouldn't do. Looking for a part-time job that wasn't just the local fast food chain, Parsee somehow ended up in a completely different part in the world. Thankfully, this did have a job to provide. She isn't sure what to think of her employers, but she's pretty sure she's jealous.

When asked about her current situation, Parsee responded:

"Did you really go all the way out in the middle of nowhere just to ask me what I think about being in the middle of nowhere? What would you say if you were in my spot?"
