Poopy is a track in the Battle for Dream Island Original Soundtrack that was made in 2012 at the latest. It is composed using only one instrument. It had 2 other versions made for it; Poopy 2, a sawtooth synth version, and Poopy Hioct, which is just the original pitched up an octave. The latter of these 2 went on to be included in the OST album and play in TPOT 4, for some reason.
