Richard Nixon

Dick was the 37th president of the United States, and the 52nd president overall. A dog in his youth, Nixon overcame his disconcerting oddness and overall unpleasant presence to ascend to the nation's highest office position, even earning his own cubicle. As president, his administration is most often remembered for establishing Amtrak and OSHA.
