Ugh. That damn Wiki Camp. I've been trying to catch that criminal since my first day on this accursed job, and now due to the rules of this stupid game, I'm not allowed to ARREST him, and now I find out he has a group of equally bad thugs with him? Honestly, It's downright terrible. Why would they host several criminals there and not do ANYTHING about it? The only thing that keeps me going on this case is that one saying... Y'know. The bigger they are, the harder they'll fall.
