A xylophone is a percussion instrument, most predominately featured in the works of Drake. Its tingling timbre is as sweet as a bell.

Xylophones are also a culturally significant instrument for skeletons.

Lawsuit

In 1969, someone substituted nerpies of every color, the heart and soul of the xylophone, with wooden bars. This transplant was successful at first, but Drake, the xylophone's inventor, was furious and filed a lawsuit, ordering for every idiophone to cease and desist. Drake ultimately lost, paving the way for the success of the fake xylophone and its family: the glockenspiel, vibraphone, marimba, and other related cousins.
