In this Transit Speedrun, the runner must travel to all 20 of Ontario's public universities. The run begins after setting foot on the first vehicle and ends after setting foot on the last campus. Starting at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, a plausible route would be as follows:

Ontario Northland bus to Sault College, located in Sault Ste. Marie (depart 12:39 AM)
Sault Ste. Marie Transit Services bus 4 to Algoma University (depart 10:08 AM)
Arrive at Algoma University at 10:25 AM. Now you will have to wait almost a whole day for the next Ontario Northland bus out of Sault Ste. Marie.
Sault Ste. Marie Transit Services bus 5 to Shannon Road @ Trunk Road (depart 9:42 AM)
Ontario Northland bus to Laurentian University, located in Sudbury (depart 10:30 AM)
Arrive at Laurentian University at 2:50 PM. Because the Ontario Northland bus goes directly to the Laurentian University campus, you don't have to wait a whole day for the next Ontario Northland bus because the one to North Bay is already there.
Continue on the Ontario Northland bus to the Sudbury bus terminal (depart 2:50 PM)
