The Manuscript
The Manuscript is an object of immense power, directly responsible for the creation of many concepts and ideas predating the existence of the current Multiversal iteration that the The Wiki Camp 2 takes place in. It was created by the Council as a tool to be used for the enforcement of their laws. As it has not been wielded in over one hundred eternities, it is unknown as to what its use could be. However, some ancient scholars believe that it has the power to rewrite reality, alongside past, present, or future events, far surpassing the power of objects such as the Infinity Gems. The current location of The Manuscript is unknown, as it was lost to time during the Gradient Wars over one hundred eternities prior to the current iteration of the Multiverse.

Although most information on The Manuscript has been lost to time, several key details still remain. One of these rules is that The Manuscript can only have its abilities activated if the ink that is written on it comes from The Instrument.
Overview
Strengths
It is presumed that The Manuscript's main ability would be to grant the wishes of it's user. If this were the case, it can be assumed that whatever is written on it instantly becomes true or is slated to come true, depending on when the user wants said event or object to exist. Most celestial items are unable to overwrite the power of the Manuscript, and the only way to nullify its power is by writing that what the manuscript has currently stated is false. The Manuscript is unable to be destroyed by most means, as it will automatically will itself into existence in a random location in the Multiverse. Those who have the manuscript in their possession are unable to have their judgement clouded while in the process of using it. The Manuscript also allows its user to exist in any reality without being susceptible to rules that would affect them otherwise.
One scholar who reportedly witnessed the use of the Manuscript firsthand has also stated that the Manuscript also modifies its powers to comply with the desires of the user. For example, if a being with a particularly distorted moral-complex were to use the Manuscript to rid the Multiverse of all that is evil, the Manuscript would do so in accordance to what the user believes to be evil at the time of them writing their request down. It is also believed that the Manuscript cannot override ones free will through direct control, nor lock out all possible choices that one may have to accomplish a task.
Furthermore, The Manuscript will modify the request of any user who writes something down in it to accommodate for their desires.
Weaknessess
Although The Manuscript is immensely powerful, it is not without its many rules. As stated previously, the only writing tool that can be used to write on the Manuscript is The Instrument. Any other tool that would instantly destroy the Manuscript, permanently. The Manuscript also cannot be used to kill those who possess some form of immortality, and attempting to circumvent this rule causes the current user to instantly cease to exist. The power of the Manuscript also presumably depends on the writing speed of the user, as somebody who is fast enough can possibly defeat a user if they do not write down their attack in time.
The Manuscript also seems to not have the ability to directly kill or injure beings in the Celestial Echelon, although it can depower or entrap them.
History
Creation
The creation process of The Manuscript is currently lost to time. However, scholars that predate the existence of the Multiverse have been able to retell a rough story of why it came to be, and how it was lost to time.
The Enforcement Period
The Manuscript was created during the heat death of the third iteration of the Multiverse, and the birth of the fourth. As a result of the Council realizing that no cosmic entity listened to their laws because they didn't have any enforcement methods, they used unknown methods to create The Manuscript. With its power, they "restored" order to the Multiverse, and no large-scale chaotic events took place for the next one hundred multiversal cycles.
Many supposedly significant events that the manuscript was involved in prior to this iteration of the multiverse include the Brogle Conflict, The Red and Blue War, and Truckfreaks 3.
Gradient War
The Gradient War of the one hundred and third multiversal cycle marked the last major event that The Manuscript was involved in. After The Divine Goddess, The Awesome Proprietor, and many other gradients went through a rebellious teenager phase and rebelled against their creators, The Council. The war laid waste to the one hundred and third multiversal cycle, and resulted in the near extinction of the Gradients. Although the might of the Council and Manuscript was strong, the Gradients managed to overcome them and win the war, with the Council going into hiding and the Manuscript being lost during the conflict. It and its creators were never seen after the conflict.
Current Whereabouts
The current location of The Manuscript is unknown, although some may have their theories. The most common seems to be that The Manuscript has since been buried in the deepest corners of the Void, untraceable to anyone immune to the effects of Void Energy. Others say that the Manuscript was destroyed during the conflict, and that to believe that it survived the events of the Gradient War is "false hope". Some even say that the Manuscript never existed at all, and it was simply a myth used by the Council to make its potential enemies doubt their quote-on-quote "real power".
High Powers, such as the Halloween Spirit, believe that the Council (and by extension, The Manuscript) still has jurisdiction over existence. This is why he, alongside a small group of beings on the Celestial Echelon still follow the rules of the Council, and try to enforce their rules out of fear of incurring their wrath if they are to ever return.
Trivia

- Throughout the entire history of it's existence, it is believed that the Manuscript's only user was the Council.
- Members of the Celestial Echelon greatly fear the power of the Manuscript, and will do anything to obtain it once its location is revealed.
