Cosmic Space Dust , real name; Julian Birkin, is an elite general for the Ian Emissary and the current reigning champion of the UEWXC. A loudmouthed wrestler persona with a short temper, he earned his name through his revered and unseen "special nuclear abilities". He is currently Rank 5.
