King Cake (Japanese: キングケーキ King Cake) is a dual-type Fairy/Steel Pokémon introduced in Generation XIX.
It evolves from Cake by leveling up while holding a King's Rock. It evolves into King Cake's Dad starting at level 64.
Biology
King Cake is one of those Pokémon that appear to be based on objects. In particular, King Cake appears to be a cake with a presumably metallic, golden-colored crown often associated with monarchs.
King Cake's body is composed of a spongey, chocolate-themed material. Within its crown, sat atop its head, is a dollop-shaped cream-thing, presumably. How weird!
When threatened, King Cake will lunge at its target and bite viciously. Due to being a Pokémon that is confirmed to have blood within its body, King Cake deals with blood-based thought processes.
