This is a scenario where the 132 teams are seeded in a March Madness-style tournament.

Scenario 1B

This is a scenario where 128 of the 132 teams (assuming there is still the First Four) are put into 32 groups of 4, then 16 groups of 4, and then a 32-team knockout stage.
