History
Before Paper Niko 64, Paper Niko was just a flat sheet of paper... All worthless and weak...
Paper Niko 64
But then... somebody folded him all up.
Paper Niko: 1000-Damned Seal
This entry really wanted to emphasize on the number 1000, and as a result Paper Niko can obtain up to 1000 Flower Points! But due to the 1000 gimmick, every attack that requires them costs 1000 Flower Points. Oh well.
Paper Niko: 1001-Damned Seal
Good job! You learned how to count!
Paper Niko: 1002-Damned Seal
Please stop coming here... lest you pay the tax.
Super Paper Niko
Super Paper Niko deviates from the turn-based format of the previous Paper Niko games and instead plays like an action RPG mariosonic. Thus, Flower Points serve a slightly different purpose in this game, allowing the player character to perform real-time special moves within the level. The player can gain Flower Points by defeating enemies or performing tricks while stomping on chains of enemies.
Paper Niko: Sticky
Unfortunately, Paper Niko: Sticky would go on to sell only three copies, making information scarce.
Shin Paper Niko
Flower points are used as an allegory for bureaucratic red tape in Shin Paper Niko, which says a lot about society and also Micheal.
Paper Niko 7
This is a bootleg game so the flowers here are "ohiowers". They're basically the equivalent of flowers in this game. The flower points are replaced with "rizz points" and determine how "peak" you are. The more peak you are, the more special your moves are, I guess. Welp, that's one game I'm NEVER playing...
New Super Paper Niko U
Actually, who gives a fuck about this game?
Paper Niko: The Origami King
Paper Niko is actually origami himself! So he needs to collect flowers that are also origami in order to get flower points... If he gets even ONE paper-flat flower, he implodes.
Paper Niko: The Rhythmy Adventures
This rhythm game stars yours truly, Paper Niko! Flower points are earned for every "Perfect!" you get. They can be traded for lootboxes, which contains glorious loot such as skins and different types of cement bricks.
Paper Okin
Flower points are actually a negative stat here! Meaning you have to try to keep this stat as low as possible... or else.
The Wiki Camp 2
Despite being a large part of the pre-split Paper Niko series of games, flower points are conspiciously absent from Paper Niko's moveset, including taunts or other references. This may be because of a greater conspiracy to undermine seals and their contributions to society[citation needed]
Nintendo Switch Paper Niko Edition
To celebrate the release of the remake of Super Paper Niko, a Nintendo Switch model themed around Paper Niko was released. The model was actually just a printed picture of a Nintendo Switch, much to everyone's dismay. A bunch of Nintendo fans protested, even managing to get the hashtag #Midtendo to trend.
Turns out, all flower points you've collected in the past goes towards making this thing actually real. One flower point is equivalent to this model being 0.0001% more real! I guess it's all been a big misunderstanding, right..? WRONG! As it turns out, they couldn't even program this right... So really, you can't do anything to make this model real. What a waste of time. A real model is sold on the black market for $100,000, which is equivalent to ¥13,870,500. Collectors still lowkey want this, though.
The Great FP Opinion Poll Quest for Interviews
