Sable Island

Sable Island in Nova Scotia is the battlefield of the War of Seals and Horses. The home team is the island's famous population of feral horses. Their hooves can punch an unsuspecting pinniped into oblivion.

The island is an inverse oxbow lake; in other words, a sandy banana. It could also be described as a teeny tiny Nerpal.
