Tobaland
Tobaland, officially the Kingdom of Tobaland, is one of the Water World's several monarchies, currently being ruled by King Niko, who is currently attempting to reconcile with humans in Camp GNC 2. The attempt has been unsuccessful, though Niko is still situated in Camp GNC2 just in case anything happens.

Tobaland's use of a pinniped, more specifically a nerpa, as monarch led to many countries wanting to liberate its people and exterminate all seals. On the other hand, New Columbia has a strong interworld alliance with Tobaland primarily due to their love for pinnipeds.
The majority of religious Tobish people are Catholic.
