The ultra-bitter berry is a form of bitterberry; specifically, it is an extreme form. It is so bitter that, if turned into a spray, it literally turns the eater into rock, but only for a short bit. Due to these unregulated levels of bitterness, it was condemned to exist only in the dredges of Pikmin 2.
It is related to the ultra-spicy berry.
Babybitterberries
The juvenile form of the ultra-bitter berry is the babybitterberry. It possesses only a fraction of the adult form's bitterness.
