The National Capital Territory (NCT) is a federal territory and province, or grove, of Wikiland. Wiki City, the capital city of Wikiland, is located in this territory. Overall, there are 1,413 municipalities and communes in this pluralist grove. All municipalities are surrounded by farmland. The NCT is the largest grove by population in Wikiland with a population in the tens of millions.

Each of the 1,414 municipalities is, on average, about the size of a small European village. They are surrounded at least partially by farmland, providing easy access to food.

Sports
Football, basketball, ice hockey, and rugby have pyramids with promotion and relegation, much like other groves.
In baseball, the NCT is represented in Wikilandian Professional Baseball by seven teams: the Bonbonville Flamingos, Houston Hot Dogs, Las Focas Grenadiers, Wiki City Brown Sox, Axolotls, Hyenas, and Pandas. The NCTBL is the second tier of baseball in the grove, above the third-tier clump leagues.
Unlike in other sports, American football is entirely amateur, governed by the Wikilandian Association of University and College Athletics.
