I hate to make unilateral decisions like this, but it feels necessary: banned users will have their tokens forcibly liquidated and distributed to the remaining members of the last team they were on. To make things a little more fair, if they can't be distributed evenly in centishares, the excess centishares will be given to the teammates who performed lowest in the previous challenge.
