That's true, Spike. This is the first time it's ever being hosted in the Middle East, and the second entirely in Asia after the 2002 tournament. Of course, Qatar are making their debut, and are actually the only team to do so this time. There are also plenty of returns. Canada hasn't been on football's biggest stage since 1986, and Wales since 1958... wow. That's 64 long years.

Oh yeah. I forgot to mention that my friends from across The Wiki Camp 2 have come along with me. It's a shame that Thomas can't watch the games with us. He's too big, and plus, there aren't any railways in Qatar outside of the new metro. I think he'll have a great time watching the live feed in Sodor.
