Sahara
The Sahara is a desert bordering the Sahel to the south and the Mediterranean Sea to the north. Deserts are full of sand, sand dunes, and sandstone. Sandy areas are known as a desert, and so this is the Sahara one. Sahara means "desert" in Arabic, and the Sahara Sahara is called aṣ-ṣaḥrā' al-kubrá, meaning "the greatest desert". Well, about that, can it stand a baked potato?
The Sahara stretches throughout many states, from Serbia to Siberia. It isn't a bad option for a performance of the legendary hit "Wonderwall", especially at an oasis, as you are covering Oasis at an oasis. Unfortunately, it isn't easy to live in the Sahara, as it isn't only a hot, arid desert that's essentially a vast sea of sand, but it's also the largest hot desert on the planet. Luckily, to combat growth, someone developed a galaxy brain and came up with the Great Green Wall. But will that work? Surely, nature will do its thing.
