Morocco
Morocco is the northwesternmost country in Africa. Its culture is has been shaped by various peoples, including Near Eastern nomadic peoples, Phoenicians, Romans, Amazigh, and Arabs. Morocco is the highest-ranking African country ever in the World Cup, placing 4th in 2022.
Rabat, with its 12th-century Kasbah of the Udayas, is the capital city, while Chefchaouen is the city that managed to paint itself blue. Similarly, Casablanca's name literally means "White House". Sounds kinds sus... Marrakesh is known for its medina quarter, where one may expect Gnawa music and/or vendors selling ceramics and jewellery on the bustling Djemaa el-Fna.
Morocco also borders two Spanish exclaves, Ceuta and Melilla.
