Iraq

Iraq is a country in the Middle East that is bordered by Türkiye to the north, Iran to the east, the Persian Gulf and Kuwait to the southeast, Saudi Arabia to the south, Jordan to the southwest, and Syria to the west. It is an ancient land that housed many civilizations through time, including Sumer, Akkad, and Assyria in Mesopotamia. The House of Wisdom once towered over its capital Baghdad.
