Dominica

Not to be confused with the Dominican Republic, probably the country with the closest name and location with another country that exists outside of Congo.

Dominica is a lush island country in the Caribbean. With Roseau as its capital, Dominica has some nice, relaxing hot springs beneath the jungle to relax in. Its flag features the endemic imperial amazon or sisserou parrot, whose purple plumage makes it one of the only national flags to include the colour purple.

Though formerly a part of the British Empire, Antillean Creole is Dominica's prevalent language.
