Iran, formerly Persia, is a country in south central Asia. It is home to one of the most prosperous civilizations in history, despite the corrupt regime. It has rich Islamic architecture and a diverse landscape, ranging from mountains to deserts. Iran's capital city is Tehran.
Farsi is the predominant language in Iran. Somehow, it was mentioned in TWOW.
Iran also has 22 ski resorts, more than the entire South American continent.
