On June 20, 2023, people around the world voted by the masses to prevent the vicious oil baron In a Nutshell from razing it to make room for a lavish apartment complex. This comes after the Board of Shareholders voted no on YN-41. This is a huge win for Pearberry Island and its huge variety of flora and fauna, many of which cannot be found anywhere else in the world, as well as environmental justice around The Wiki Camp 2.

The fight is not over for some people, though, as The Wiki Camp 2 Union seems to be growing in Okinada.
