Eswatini, formerly Swaziland, is a country in southern Africa. It is bordered mostly by South Africa, but also by Mozambique. Of course, the latter name sounds more colonial, and sounded more like Switzerland, so they changed it just in time for the 50th anniversary of independence.
As a Kingdom (unofficial), the head of state is known as Ngwenyama, meaning lion. The current head of state is Ngwenyama Mswati III.
