Andorra

Andorra is a tiny mountainous country between France and Spain. The president of France actually governs Andorra, alongside the Bishop of Urgell. The national language is Catalan; the Spanish autonomous community bordering Andorra is Catalonia, and so it would make sense for Andorrans to speak Catalan. Encara Messi encara Messi encara Messi!

Andorra, the 19th-smallest sovereign state in the world, is the largest not to have an airport of any kind; Andorra–La Seu d'Urgell Airport, despite the name, is 12 km away in Catalonia. On the other hand, the smallest country with an airport is the Maldives, which, despite being the 8th-smallest in the world, isn't a surprise considering their status as a top tourist destination.
