Champions of South America, we know what we are!
The subjects of this article are the champions of South America. Great job!

Argentina is a country in southern South America and the world champion. Its name roughly means "Land of Silver". Argentina's football-fuelled capital is Buenos Aires, home to eternal rivals Boca Juniors and River Plate. It also has Iguazú Falls, where it shares a border with Brazil. Though neighbouring Chile is the southernmost country in the world, Argentina has the southernmost city in the world, Ushuaia.
Beef
Argentina is the fourth-biggest beef-producing country in the world. Among its breeds include Argentine Criollo cattle, which come from bovines brought by Christopher Columbus. Another criollo breed is the Texas Longhorn, a key aspect of Texan culture, especially being the namesake of UT Austin's varsity teams.
Sports
Argentina are the reigning world champions of football, having won the FIFA World Cup in 2022. Overall, Argentina has a rich footballing history, producing legends of the game including Diego Maradona and Lionel Messi. Domestic football is serious business in Argentina, but the overwhelming majority of Argentinians support the two biggest teams in Buenos Aires: Boca Juniors and River Plate. Even if Buenos Aires has more teams, they don't compare in terms of history and popularity.
Argentina's national sport isn't actually football; rather, pato, a game on horseback that combines elements from polo and basketball.
