Germany ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Germany is a large country in Central Europe. It is known for its scenery; the Rhine is beautiful yet bustling at the same time. Germany is also known for beer, which can be enjoyed in one of its fun-filled Volksfests. The largest Volksfest is the world-famous Oktoberfest, held in Munich in early autumn. Germany is a pioneer in car manufacturing, home to such companies as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, and Smart, the latter known for its wee little microcars. Germany's rail network is also vast, from the fast ICE high-speed trains to the unusual Wuppertaler Schwebebahn. Among Germany's most popular figures include Martin Luther, Albert Einstein, Karl Marx, Johann Sebastian Bach, Ludwig van Beethoven, and the Brothers Grimm. It also has several islands that are politically divided in half, one of which, though being shared with Poland, has no bridges to the Polish mainland.
